EGMT 1520: Outsmart your Brain

We’re bombarded with all sorts of inputs – social media images and videos, course materials, audio and written words, and more. We also have the chance to produce all sorts of outputs. Some of these outputs are manual in nature – building a fence or road or creating a painting or drawing. Others are more digital – writing computer code, interacting with Generative AI tools, and writing and recording various content. In this course, we’ll try to discuss how our brains process inputs, how these processes can be exploited, and also how we might leverage these processes to help us to produce the outputs that we want AND to help us control our exposure to various inputs.
